Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the

Drain Werks team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with

customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

Essential Job Duties:

• Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams

• Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams

• Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments

• Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Possess a valid driver’s license

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
